Fudge isn't just for Christmas after all!
Huttons
Growing up in my family, fudge was something that was traditionally made during the Christmas season. But...trips to colorful Colorado in the summer seldom went without trips to fudge shops in Estes Park and Manitou Springs. This tradition continued with Jen and I visiting Estes Park in the summer bringing fudge back for my mom. I continued making fudge during the Christmas season increasing the number of flavors each year and anticipating my mom's reaction and approval. This past Christmas, I made the most ever. I'm so glad my mom was able to taste these new flavors! As I've experienced with different flavors, I've realized fudge isn't just for Christmas. With summery flavors like blueberry cheesecake, peaches and cream, key lime, raspberry cheesecake, and others, why not fudge for any occasion? In the fall, pumpkin fudge is an obvious choice! What about spring? Lemon or lemon cream! Our family has always enjoyed fudge, and we hope we can help you experience our traditions and love of fudge too!
